Manually remove all unnecessary applications from AppleWatch

With the Watch app for iPhone, you can easily remove all unnecessary apps from your AppleWatch. To do this, launch the Watch app on your iPhone and make sure the My Watch tab is selected.

After that, scroll down to the “Installed apps” section and tap on the app you want to uninstall from AppleWatch. Then turn off the switch next to the AppleWatch app display.

Resync Photos From Watch App
Not many people like to sync photos from Apple Watch, but others prefer to sync photos to their AppleWatch for storage or to use the Photos watch face. If so, sync your photos to your smartwatch.
Depending on your needs, you can turn off photo sync completely or sync only a limited number of photos with your AppleWatch. To complete this, open the clock app on your iPhone -> [Photos]. Then go to the Sync Photos section, select None and turn off sync.

Stop AppleWatch from automatically syncing music
For a smooth music listening experience, watchOS automatically syncs your latest music from AppleWatch. If you’ve never heard of music, AppleMusic recommendations are added.
If you don’t want your Apple Watch to add music manually or sync automatically to clutter up your smartwatch, open the Clock app and make sure the My Clock tab is selected. Then click on Music. After that, turn off the switch next to “Recent music” in “Auto-sync”.

If you want to more manage the music stored on your Apple Watch, it is a good idea to delete all unnecessary songs from your device. The watch for iPhone only allows you to control the songs or albums added to the watch as you like. Thus, you can delete songs or albums that you no longer listen to according to your needs.
Open the Watch app on your iPhone. Then make sure the My Watch tab is selected and click Music. Then click on the “Edit” button at the top right of the screen. After that, click on the red minus button next to the playlist or album and then click on the [Delete] button.
